Need help with sudden increase in electricity bill.

I live in a 1rk when we moved here the bill was around 400rs without gruh Jyoti sechme I applied for it and got the bill reduced to 50 something average.

Now from the past few months the bill has jumped almost 8 times (₹1876 before scheme discount 395 after deduction)

I get the BESCOM bill so the units and everything are taken into account.

my usage is laptop and phone charge

fan is used almost the whole day

1 fridge (4star)

washing machine 2x a week and geyser 1x day for 5mins.

And I can't understand this sudden increase my friends suggest that there might be a plug or something that may be used by other tenants for something?
