Richard Quainton (c.1690-1747) and his wife Priscilla from Weston-on-the-Green, Oxfordshire

These are my 8x-greats, and when you get back that far, sometimes you have to take leaps of faith with others' trees to help. Now I know that Priscilla was Richard's first wife, as she's the mother of Thomas (my ancestor) but another wife, Ann, is mentioned in Richard's will. But here's where the uncertain leap of faith comes in. Ancestry suggests in green - as it does on trees - that Priscilla is a Southwell, and there's one Public Member tree that links Thomas and his siblings to Sir Thomas Southwell, 2nd Baronet. But I have no idea if this is true. I don't have evidence to back it up, but neither any contrary sources to say it's wrong.
