Pharma or Devices? Career path advice

Generally curious what y’all think about these two paths.

I have two offers on the table and I need to decide by end of the week.

Offer 1: Is with a large pharma company selling in their neurophysiology drug. Sales rep role. Significantly higher starting salary. Company car and gas is provided.

Offer 2: Sports Med ASR role at one of the top Medical Device companies. Lower starting salary but I feel like the ceiling is higher. No car is provided, just gas.

I’m leaning towards to med devices role because it’s gets me in and the territory has a lot of potential after talking with the current reps in it. So if I ramp fast and provide value to the team there is a clear path to being promoted to a rep quickly.
