Going to college this year and want to clear USMLE, any advice?

Hi everyone, I am an student from UAE who is about to go to Uzbekistan and do her MBBS degree. I've already decided that I want to give USMLE, what are some tips you can give me as I start my 6 year journey? How often did you study on the side? Thank you!
