Day 115 stuck on high flow

Bubs failed his latest ween from 3.0LPM to 2.5 and as such he’s suffered and is back up to 4.

On Thursday they gave us a two week timeframe for the possibility of going home (this was just before his ween to 2.5). Since going back up to 4 today (Saturday), I feel like we’re never going to achieve that 2 week goal.

I’m tired and beginning to give up hope despite trying so desperately to remain optimistic. He’s 43 weeks now and bonus time has shifted to lost newborn time.

I just don’t know how much more I can take and terrified we’re going to end up in paediatrics with the way this is going. I just want my baby to be able to breathe and come home. My heart breaks for him that his little life has been so hard.
