Help me out

This would be my first bike. I am 35 and dont have much experience with bikes. I have stayed outside the country for my education and work. I do have a driving license and would sometimes take my wife's scooter here and there.

I am thinking about getting a bike. My eyes are on the xpulse 210 because it's within my budget and I have heard great reviews about it. I have a few misgivings though,

1. I am a "noob" at bikes. How much of a beginner friendly is the xpulse 210?

2. I am 5.8. Would its ergonomics suit my height?

3. We are also planning to get a four wheeler this year. Would it be a waste of money then? (Ktms traffic seems awful for a four wheeler. I have this gut feeling that I wont get to drive much.)

4. Are there other better options i am missing out? (Looking for a city commuter plus off roader)
