SOS merch

So I recently went to a show and bought some merch. P much all of the merch has either “Son Of Spergy” or “Spergy” on it. Someone told me it means something offensive? I’ve never heard this before but I’m curious as to what the meaning is, Ik it’s his dads nickname but what’s the context if anyone know? Idk if I should wear this out lol
