Looking for advice on apartment nearby the station

Hey everyone, hope you're having a nice weekend 🤗

I'm considering moving to Olten to escape Zurich and have seen a few nice apartments near the railway. However, I'm not sure how much noise to actually expect. Is it worth having a +10 minute walk from the tracks for more quiet, or have you found the shorter commute to the station more convenient day to day?

I would probably commute 3 times a week to Zurich, and on the weekends I would love to travel a lot in a nearby city to explore more around.
