Should I go to ACEM or Kathmandu EC for electrical??

So I basically passed 12th with good grades but didn’t get good rank ( 3300-3500) in IOE entrance coz exam paxi ghar gako the padhna sakina 1.5 months. So I got scholarship a bit due to my rank in KEC and gpa in ACEM. Which college is good for electrical department?? Scholarship diyera almost utikaii price ma diraxan. But overall bahira bata herda ACEM looks good. What are the internal things seniors??
