Octavia MK3 SmartLink Activation

Hi there. I have a 2017 Octavia MK3, it has a MST2_EU_SK_ZR_PO359T Train number and 5Q0035840B part number. And unfortunately the smart link is disabled, and it says to contact the dealer. Which I did and they are saying that it can’t be activated. But also when I check the supported codes section, it is supported. And also the tuning guys are asking for funny prices ranging between 400-500$. So I need you guys help to activate it please :)
