How much does everyone have stocked?

Recently been reviewing my own supply pipeline and wondering how much I should keep stocked in case of disruptions. I've seen some people have multiple years' worth in their freezers but that seems like a lot. OTOH i think I should probably have more than 6 months' runway. what do we all think?
