Phone call and UI bug? Pixel 9 Pro

Hi everyone! Some insight or advice if anyone has experienced the same thing. For the last two weeks or so, every single time someone calls me, the phone will ring but the lock screen won't show who is calling for like 10 seconds. No swipe to answer or anything, just the sleep screen time widget. And then for the next 10-15 seconds afterwards, I can't really use my phone. During that time period the notification bar appears, with only my screensaver, and I can swipe it down but nothing appears, just the screensaver. TIA!!
