Are fire restrictions still in place? Can you shoot steel targets up bountiful or Farmington canyon?

So I keep hearing that we have fire restrictions but the fire restrictions are in place until further notice but I thought that was mainly for fireworks. I can’t find anything that says “steel target shooting is prohibited” so I wanted to come here and ask.
