Deadliest sim abilities?

Sometimes there are Sims that steal from me because of kleptomaniac trait, I want to kill them and I've found the business pyromaniac trait is more effective than infinirate of mages but it still takes quite of time to set up.

Supposedly a ghost that died by freezing can kill other sims by freezing them, is that true? or maybe other ghost mastery skills are more effective? is there some no cheat instant kill skill in this game?

I was bit disappointed with ghost life drain, it didnt do nothing much on papparazzi that was annoying.
