Is this highway hypnosis?

I have been struggling with general malaise that feels somewhat auto-immuney for the past few years, but I don't have any diagnosis.

I was driving locally and stopped at an intersection that is very familiar to me. But I suddenly felt lost. I knew the stores arpund me were familiar, but I only vaguely knew where I had been coming from and home to get home. I knew the general direction I should go, but I was not at all confident that I knew which specific streets/turns to take to get there.

This feeling only lasted about a minute, and I don't know if it is a variation of highway hypnosis or something I should be concerned about.
