My mom's friend is looking for a job after getting laid off from a department store

Hey people, so as the title says, my mom's friend (55 yo, F) was laid off from The Bay @ RC not long ago. She worked there for 18 years. Any idea where she can apply for work? She has no one to depend on (no children, single, and her parents passed away long ago), and she is under financial stress, but the good thing is she has her own place to stay. Thanks, y'all.
