Rules preventing drying discs with my girlfriends boyfriend?

It got me thinking I've played in tournaments after it snowed and in the rain with my girlfriends boyfriend. I've underestimated how many towels I'd need. While sitting at my desk watching Ledgestone and seeing the players deal with the rain, I notice my picture of my girlfriend with her boyfriend which I use in place of real love just sitting on my desk. I get to thinking, I've used it to rub stuff out at times. Can he be in a tournament to dry off a disc? Are there any rules that would prevent it? He doesn't have muscles that have muscles like Ezra. He just blows on it through my girlfriends hair.

I wouldn't use him because he’s too handsome, but is it allowed?
