I reported my SA yesterday

I reported my sexual assault yesterday, it happened back in May so I have no physical evidence. It’d be my word against his. Is there even much they can do to get him in trouble or press charges? When I went to the police yesterday and filed my report they sent my case over to the SVU and told me they’d contact me. I posted this in the r/legaladvice subreddit too but it got removed.

I don’t even know what this would count as. We were spending the day together and we were in his room again, on his bed, and we started doing stuff, but we’d already had sex a couple hours before without lube so i had micro tears. He knew I got these, he also knew that I become pretty much mute when I’m nervous/upset. He tried to put it in me but it hurt so i was pulling and moving away and backing up but he kept pulling me back or holding me down. I started crying a little and almost gave up but I couldn’t speak at all to say anything and I was tapping on him but he didn’t stop until I really just collapsed and then he got off me, apologized, and left the room. I’m 18 and he’s 29. We were never dating, closer to a fwb or sugarbaby/daddy type dynamic.
