Want to learn

I want to learn more about salafiyyah, the correct teachings and the methodologies. I live in a country where there are people from different sects but haven't known someone who claims to be a salafi. How can I learn more about salafiyyah and the path of the pious predecessors? Any lectures that are available online? And what scholars/books to refer to?
