All the top winners had a partner helping them in slot tournament at Ocean

I played at the slot tournament at Ocean a month ago for the first time I didn’t win anything. How it works is you go to the booth to register and they give you a ticket with a code to enter in the slot and a QR code to see the results. The slot machine was some old cleopatra game but in addition to hitting the spin button nonstop as fast as you can, you also had to tap on diamonds that popped up random on the screen for points. There were silver and rare gold diamonds that were worth more points. The faster you are able to tap on the diamonds when they appear the higher the points you get.

I notice about half the people that were playing had their partner helping them. One person would focus on the spin button and the other would focus on tapping the diamonds on the screen.

When I got done, I checked the results on my phone and it showed I was at 50th place and you needed to be top 100 to win a prize. Problem was it was only noon when I got done and the tournament didn’t end until after 7pm in the evening. By that time I my ranking was like 250th and I didn’t win anything.

During the day I saw a lot of people still playing and many with partners helping. How is this even fair? I guess pro tip is if you ever go play a slot tournament bring a partner or friend to help you tap.
