Will i get good mbbs college being from gen category

So like i gave neet this year with zero prep and got around 200 in 3rd may paper and 141 in re neet i know its bad but i chilled and reslly didnt care to study tbh but for neet27 i am aiming to get good mc idc if its semi gvt or private but i do want to get into gmc so my question is how much should i aim to get into any gmc in north and what is the minimum score i should aim to get gmc without any reservation or quota
