20M, Gujranwala worth applying to medical billing as an Intermediate student, not a bachelor's grad?

Current situation: 20 years old, working night shift as a CM NOC Operator for 40k/month. Also doing Intermediate in Culinary Arts.

I'm decent in English and comfortable in MS Office/Excel. Thinking about applying to PRG Pakistan's Gujranwala office for an entry-level medical billing/coding role their postings say "bachelor's required" but I'm only Intermediate right now.

Has anyone here worked in medical billing (PRG or similar) without a bachelor's? Is the degree requirement actually enforced at the entry level, or does English + Excel get you through the door ?
