Villagers Won’t Refill Trades.[bedrock]

I built a fletcher trading hub of sorts. They are all connected to the correct bed that is right beside them. the green indicator lights up correctly for the beds but for the workstation they have absolutely no reaction to me placing or destroying them.

I’m pretty new to anything villagers so I’m sure there’s something small I’m missing. There’s one fletcher in the range of the hub he acts the same way as the rest no reaction to workstation. There is also more In the villager breeder but that is out of range.

What do I need to do?
