You can check my last month's post for more context.

CAREER: I was excited at first, but it's going good so far. It's just that I often think about what I should learn to upscale, where is the growth in this sector, what opportunities I can grab. Cuz it is sure that I'll switch after 1-2 years. So it's a new kind of stress that is going on in my mind most of the time.

HEALTH: My diet has almost cut to half of what I used to eat a few months back. I hit the gym at least 4 days a week, bought a protein powder, creatine, vitamin supplements, dry fruits. The guide in my PG is just just for survival.

MINDSET: I'm feeling positive and optimistic most of the time regarding my life and future, I joke around people, keeping up a genuine smile on my face. But then a sudden wave of depression hits me out of nowhere, then it pulls me into a void of darkness and negative thoughts in the middle of lunch or while talking to others and they notice that I'm zoned out. And then I lose all my social skills, i got silent and my behaviour loses all the confidence.

GENERAL: I live alone, sometimes I want someone to talk but I can't help it. I'm positive about myself, just trying to get stable and keep up the pace. Want more,, have to do more, only I'm available for myself (emotionally).

CONFUSING STAGE OF LIFE. BLINDED BY THE LIFE.
