baby doll recommendations?

I want to get my son a baby doll for the winter holidays, he's going to be about 21 months old. I had previously planned to get him an American girl bitty baby because back in the day they had male, female, and gender-neutral clothing and accessories and I really liked the idea of my kid having options available. Unfortunately, it seems that bitty babies have turned into all pink everything, so that takes away a lot of that flexibility that used to be there

Does anybody have recommendations for a similar doll type? I'm specifically looking for something with the molded face and limb, but soft body, would love it if it's a brand that has clothing and accessories like a crib, stroller, high chair, etc.

(Yes, I know that August is probably a little early to be thinking about winter holidays, but I like to prepare in advance and I don't want to be stuck in the same holiday rush everybody else is with shopping)
