AIO - Told my PT she looked amazing

I am male/50 and I’ve been going to a personal trainer for 5 years who is female/30s. We get on well, always have a good chat during the workouts but it’s purely professional. I bumped into her in the supermarket yesterday and it was the first time I had seen her not in gym gear and she was dressed up to go out. Before I even really thought about it I blurted out, “wow you look amazing”. Now I think I’ve been a super creep. Am I overreacting?
