Left Bluetooth handfree isn't giving backup

I have been using bluetooth handfree since 1 year. Few days ago left Bluetooth suddenly stopped giving backup. Before they would give 6 hours backup but now left one dont last 30 mins while right one is perfect. It happened suddenly rather than slowly dropping performance.

What can be the reason and can its battery be replaced as i don't have the money to buy new ones.
