Anyone used parcel post in Sri Lanka?

Hi, if anyone has sent packages within the country, using Sri Lanka post's parcel post, could you explain what the process was like?

Do we have to show the people at the counter what we are posting or can the pkg be properly packed and sealed before hand?

Asking because info I found online seems to be very very old so would like advice from someone who has actually used the service recently
