Difference between Alfred’s and Faber all in one adult books?

Trying to decide which books to start out with. I can’t afford lessons right now. Just purchased a piano and need a cheap way to begin. I’ve tried YouTube but maybe I just don’t know how to find it…I can’t find any videos in progression. They just jump around and it’s driving me nuts. I got a kids book and worked through the whole thing in an hour. It was too easy and boring. I have some basic concepts of the notes and stuff but very basic. Looks like these are recommended frequently here. What is the difference between them? Or do you recommend something different?
