Question about the new Webkinz

So I've seen that the new Webkinz [elephant, giraffe, English Cream Retriver, and Enchanted Unicorn] are already in some shops, but for some reason, all my local stores in Louisiana don't have them yet. One store doesn't know when they'll come in, another one stopped getting orders for Webkinz after the re-release of the first wave, and another one that was on the store locator straight up doesn't know about Webkinz. This is odd. Is Webkinz going to stop releasing pets in the South, or is something else going on?
