Train from Zurich (Swtizerland) to Hamburg (Germany)

I’m traveling to Switzerland in a few weeks and need to book a train from Zurich to Hamburg, and Omio seemed like the most popular but I saw mixed reviews here about them, is it reliable?

If not, please suggest other sites if you know as I live in Asia and don’t really know the European trail system

Thanks!
