Orchestra music idea

Is there anyone who can compose orchestral music on a computer—someone well-versed in musical notation and symphonies?

I wanted to ask if there is anyone who could arrange the two musical pieces from the film *Face to Face* "Intermezzo" and "Misterioso e Ostinato" for an orchestra, incorporating modern rhythms and a bit of a *Team Fortress 2* style.
