PC only recongnize my Dualsense controller as audio when using SAMSUNG charger

ive been using regular wired usb c chargers for my controller until randomly one day it stopped connecting to my controller and i thought it was a hidhide problem. i checked hidhide and it wasnt even being detected in DS4 or Steam. so i went and got a Samsung type c 16 pro max charger and iTS BEING CHARGED AND RECONGNIZED AS AUDIO BUT NOT A CONTROLLER. it also works fine on my PS5 and connects to Bluetooth just fine. and tried all of these things

1. Used different USB-A to USB-C cables.
2. Tried different USB ports on the PC.
3. Tried using Steam (+Big Picture).
4. Used DS4Windows (including enabling DualSense there).
5. Updated drivers.
6. Connected the USB to the controller while it was blinking.
7. Connected the USB to the controller after it finished blinking.
8. Performed a hard reset on the controller.
9. Restarted the PC multiple times.
10. deleted steam
11. deleted hidhide
12. deleted scptoolkit
13. went into device manager and uninstalled all usb and audio devices then restated

Can someone please help me kindly
