Credit to the Conductor

Woman on the train was trying to use a Railcard that was a year out of date and the conductor said she'd need to buy a new ticket.

She then said "Well I didn't receive any email telling me it was out of date, so how is that my problem"

Conductor replied "You can email our customer support to update your Railcard"

The three women eating crisps and drinking then proceeded to rant about the unfairness for 20minutes (so far, this could go on much longer)

Also a teen has just got thrown off for abusive behaviour. Fascinating train ride.

Feel for conductors, dealing with twats must be emotionally taxing.
