Give me a half day agenda tomorrow 9/9

I’ll be in BR tomorrow for work with free time starting around noon and no agenda. I’ve never been to Louisiana before. Anything must eat? must see? events tomorrow? Staying on Convention street by the river but could take a cab wherever.
