Potty training SOS

We’ve been potty training my daughter for the past 3 days. The first two days went ok, we saw some progress - she was less reluctant to sit on the potty yesterday than she was day 1. Today though, she will sit but she only wants to play on the potty. Twice now she’s sat on the potty for somewhere between 2 and 4 minutes, but the minute she stands, she pees. It’s almost like she’s holding it until she stands up. Not sure what to make of this? Do I keep trying or is there something else I should do?
