I lost my Discord Account in a Weird Way

So to start the story let me just say I have taken pretty good care of my pcs and am normally fine. But this issue started a while ago and now my phone is basically locked to a discord account I cannot use. I was on it one night with a friend when it signed me out. Just signed me out of everything on call. I tried to get back on and it asked me to change my password. So I go to the email, I come to find out the email isn't getting any messages. I've tried the blocked and allowed messages and everything. Only thing going through is other, so I talk to Discord Support first. Explain to them my issue on an email that still works and isn't through Outlook. They send me to talk to Outlook support, we test and see that things are going through it. If someone sends a message it does go through to it. But for some reason discord messages aren't shown. I go back to Discord and they tell me that unless it can get emails I'm up a cliff and I should contact them when I resolve it.

I am honestly stuck on why my email became like this. I've moved on mostly but I do want my phone off it, anyone who might have ideas or a way to help I'd be grateful for that. To be clear this isn't about passwords its about that email for whatever reason not getting any emails outside of other. Like I emptied a month ago and it hasn't gotten a single regular email through.
