Whats going with Rogers ?

How are they allowed to scam their customer through a customer service care that literally don't give a flying fuck about very serious billing issue ? I paid wifi fore more than 15 month just because i couldnt get it cancelled despite having moved out and not living in that adress where the wifi was just because I couldnt get customer care to cancel it. I lost literally thousand of dollars because of that. Now I am facing an increase mobile bill after I chatted with customer "care" and asked them for cheaper monthly subscription...what I got is a higher subscription fees...and now again I cant get them to change my monthly subscription either because they dont answer or when they answer they put me in a forever hold again. This is like satire lol wtf
