Suzuki Address 125 vs Yamaha Ray ZR 125

Which scooter is the better long‑term choice, the Suzuki Address 125 or the Yamaha Ray ZR 125?

I’m especially interested in comfort and ease of repair/maintenance, since I’ll use it daily for commuting and I’m tired of sitting in traffic jams. I don’t want a fancy, overpriced option like a Vespa it wouldn’t offer any real advantage over these two.
