Best E-SIM japón: ¿Ubigi vs Sakura Mobile?

Hi! My partner and I are traveling to Japan for 15 days soon, visiting Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo. We're looking for the best eSIM for our needs and we are deciding between Ubigi and Sakura Mobile. Sakura is very appealing, but Ubigi is slightly cheaper. However, Sakura seems to have better customer support, so we're undecided. We have the option of buying one from each, but we're not sure if that's the best choice.

What do you recommend and why? Would it be worth buying one of each or going all in on one of the two?
