Anyone else encounter this glitch in lost void that prevents you from choosing a tactical gear upgrade

(Don’t have video unfortunately)

I was running through lost void and after a end floor boss I tried to chose my option and it wouldn’t take, turned my controller off and on and it didn’t work, so I close the game and reopen. I resume lost void, do the boss again and the same thing happened?

Idk if it’s relevant but the upgrades were Jane’s salchow jump and Yuzuha’s ex special adding anomaly proficiency
