Good math teacher?

I registered for Marvin Campbell for my required math class (Developmental Math Combined), and for those who have taken him, was he a good teacher?. I'm REALLY bad at math, like I can never figure out how to keep the information especially for algebra and have never really passed math exams in high school. Would you say he's a good teacher for kids that struggled in math a lot in high school?
