The auto-mute system is so annoying...

Is anyone else running into this problem? I started when I'm bored to sit around places and offer low level players quest in exchange for little gifts. Or I started sending random strangers below level 40 letters with gold and bags and nice messages. It's kind of cheesy but it helps me kill time and it's harmless.

But for some reason the system flags me as a bot or spammer because I send out letters to people or talk to a lot of different people in quest hubs. I write a ticket and the gamemaster even says he sees I did nothing wrong and he took the restriction back. Guess what? I was still restricted ingame for the full amount of the punishment despite that, for whatever reason.

Once I could talk again, I do a little bit of it again and then try to change the layer to find new people. Muted and restricted again. Then I have to wait like 20+ hours again for a GM to reply and even then I might still stay restricted.

I don't spam or harass anyone, I don't insult or use slurs, but their system is convinced I'm some kind of gold spammer? I don't know. Has anyone else experienced this?
