Banned after repeated “driver crashed” errors—has anyone successfully appealed this?

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue where Overwatch crashes with a “driver crashed” error, even though my graphics drivers are fully updated.

Whenever this happens, I try to rejoin, but the game gets stuck on “Entering Game,” so I can’t rejoin. The last game that triggered my ban was one we were winning, and my team still won in the next like 20 seconds, so I obviously had no reason to leave deliberately.

Has anyone else experienced this bug or successfully appealed a ban caused by repeated crashes? Any advice on fixing the issue or getting Blizzard to properly review it would be appreciated.
