Tiki in Belize

I will going to Belize in September and I’ve been looking for tiki bars. I found The Hula Bar on San Pedro and some other resort style pool tiki bars. I will be in San Ignacio for 5 days and San Pedro for 5 days so plenty of time to explore. Does anyone have any suggestions. Also any good Belizean Rum recommendations?
