New player seeking some guidance with Veins

Hello everyone! Recently joined the game this Monday after seeing some ads from OSRS Youtubers. The game has been addicting and I'm amazed by the depth and excitedly overwhelmed knowing I haven't even scratched the surface of this game yet. I just beat Obelisk level 19 and unlocked Veins. As with most things with this game I did some quick research on what they are for and how they function so I have a general idea. I just unlocked Stone veins and my question for you all is what should I be doing now? Should I keep myself on floor 1-8 to grind them so I can build the first statue and then unlock Magma zone veins? It feels a bid odd keeping my offline drones on floor 8, so I'm just wondering if that is what I should be focusing on right now or if I shouldn't worry about it too much and just playing the game like I was before (pushing level cap by getting to Atomic floors and then prestiging).

TL;DR: How much should be I focusing on getting stone veins/building statues/getting next tier of veins?
