Need help with work phone

Hi, I've been homeless for a few months and I've been trying to put some money together to get a new phone. My current phone is locked and without service. I'm able to get a new plan and phone to pay the next month, but my state has a sales tax you have to pay. To get a decent phone I'll need 75$. My plan is to start doordashing, because i live in a city where i can deliver on bike or foot. If anyone is willing to help me get a leg up I will be forever grateful.
