Best Job for Humanitarian Aid

As the title says. Which MOS/AFSC/rating is best for someone who wants to do cool stuff with humanitarian aid, disaster response, or overall “good?”
I’m not a hoo-rah, shoot em up kinda guy. I pass out at any sight of blood or bones so no medical. I’m horrible with anything to do with computers. I’m good with writing and reading, as well as speaking with people. I’m looking to connect with people of different cultures and maybe write about my journeys?
