Laptop suddenly won't connect to internet anymore.

This is in a dorm room. I have DCHP disabled on my router as the uni provides internet through LAN ports.

I set ip's for my devices manually, and everything was working just fine. But when I opened my laptop today it showed "Unable to Connect".

My phone is still connected and the internet is working on it.

Also for some reason the network then got renamed on my laptop as Original Name 2. On that, I am able to connect to the router but with no internet access.

I tried turning both off and on again. Didn't work. Please help, thanks.
