You'd think with housing being so difficult for many....

that people would be better roommates when they find a place? You would think so right? It's something that's been really upsetting me lately dealing with my own string of absolute insanity and reading some of the posts that come across here. Like the housing market is fucking ROUGH right now and a lot of us need roommates and people are desperate to make their rent and find affordable housing to avoid homelessness.

Even just my own example (I didn't get to pick some of these roommates due to a weird year with a lease situation)

One developed AI psychosis that talked him into trying some insane legal shit with the landlord

One tried to start a sex cult with her boyfriend

One moved in and immediately said she didn't have to pay rent because of her disability and was doing drugs on Snapchat

One that tried to sneak move in her ketamine fried girlfriend even around an active restraining order

One I'm evicting right now that can't clean up her own feces or food and therapy speaks at you about trauma and microaggressions when you ask her to clean up

And there's so many examples from yall's posts too and have had friends with their own recent stories. It's fucking maddening.
